Knowing Test Complete License information

This depends on what you are looking for.

The license agreement is available in the root folder of your TC installation.

The type of the license (Named or Floating) is determined by/on the license manager and can be seen by either Help | About | View Available Features or (better) by visiting the Client Services portal (https://clientservices.automatedqa.com/). The responsible person in your organization should know the login credentials.

What version of TC are we talking about?

To see the type of the licence on the Client Services portal you need to navigate from the list of purchased products down to the page of specific product. And either just above the table with the number of purchased licenses or in the table itself (depends on the product and its version) you should see the license type.
