This depends on what you are looking for.
The license agreement is available in the root folder of your TC installation.
The type of the license (Named or Floating) is determined by/on the license manager and can be seen by either Help | About | View Available Features or (better) by visiting the Client Services portal (https://clientservices.automatedqa.com/). The responsible person in your organization should know the login credentials.
