INstalled latest and now Sentinel HASP service is not present.

INstalled latest and now Sentinel HASP service is not present.

And I cannot open TestComplete. I see nothing in the help or the tool for when the service is just not even there. Does anyone know how I can resolve this? Thanks

I would start over from your backup and try the upgrade again.  

 

What version of TC did you start from?
