How to get Keyboard Layout information in TC7.5.2

Hi there,



I am using TC7.5.2 for the moment.



Currently I need to get my Keyboard Layout information, I found you offer "aqEnvironment.GetKeyboardLayout" in TC8, but I am sorry I may not have the chance the update it for the moment.



So I want to use Win32API.GetKeyboardLayout in TC7 for the moment to solve my problem. However, I am not sure what should be the right parameter, I tried the obj.handle and obj.Id  property, both return me 0. I have no idea how to get it in the right way, much appreiciate if you could help.
