Help! TestComplete 12 stopped working suddenly!
I am on Windows 7, TestComplete 12.
Last week, TestComplete suddenly stopped working! What I mean is, when running a script (Script), it will not interact with browser (IE11), in fraction of second, Log page will appear! There is no log, no error massage! I did create a support ticket, they suggested to completely uninstall and re-install TestComplete, I did and was working till yesterday afternoon. I have not heard from the support people yet of a definitive answer to my problem!
This morning I re-installed again, but this time I even cleaned the registry before installing. Still no go! I am guessing there may be a simple settings that might have gone wrong within TestComplete. I have created a screen recording that I have sent the support teanm last night. You can see it here:

I am against a very tight schedule and every hour I loose, it makes it harder for me to catch up! Please help!
