Error: "Test Complete has encountered a problem in module msxml4.dll and needs to close"

Hi,

My Test Complete is closing often, by populating this error message "Test Complete has encountered a problem in module msxml4.dll and needs to close"

The recent Logs and the changes which I have done recently are getting deleted.

Please help me out of this.
