Error 103 0x80020006 (Unknown name.) Count while working with TDBGrid class for Delphi application

Hi all,

 

I am currently using Trail version of Testcomplete for Some automation POC of Delphi application.

 

 

Following error is observed in wColumnCount property while mapping the object.

An error occurred.
Possible reasons:
1. The application stopped responding.
2. The application was compiled incorrectly (see the Open Applications topic in the help system).
3. An error occurred in TestComplete/TestExecute.

Technical information:
103 0x80020006 (Unknown name.) Count

 

 

The application is complied in Debug mode and VCL support extensions are also enabled as per instructions in  Searching for Records in Borland TDBGrid.

 

Does anyone have any idea how do i resolve it.??

    Did you try restarting your application and then trying the map again?

      Hey ,

       

      I had deleted the Map and tried it again. Every time i map the Obejct for TDBGrid, it gives error for wColumnCount property. I had complied it with debug mode.. It is related to using trail version. I doubt that but is it a possibility??
