Customer support - cannot submit the case to support
We cannot submit any case to Smartbear support . It always throw the error on case portal .

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.

Let me add the investigation results to the thread, too. This submission error happened when contacting support from TestComplete directly. The current workaround would be leaving the "Attach system information to my support request" box checked.
