Customer support - cannot submit the case to support
We cannot submit any case to Smartbear support . It always throw the error on case portal . Now how we can contact them ? Thanks NG

Let me add the investigation results to the thread, too. This submission error happened when contacting support from TestComplete directly. The current workaround would be leaving the "Attach system information to my support request" box checked.
