Cannot open TestComplete 11

I recently upgraded to TC11 and now cannot open TC UI at all. When trying to send the error report, I get a message cannot complete the operation.

      I created a ticket, they asked for the crash report, I am waiting on the reply.

        Hi lcorkren,

         

        Is there any news from the Support Team?

  • Yes, I had to uninstall and reinstall and then in advanced system settings, add an environment variable of :  MOZ_DISABLE_OOP_PLUGINS, which I got from another persons post.
