Can my TestComplete Floating License be open at the same time as my TextExecute Floating license?

I have 2 floating licenses for TestComplete each with a TestExecute license,    I opened up TestComplete and my colleague also had TestComplete open - no problem there.    I went to run a test using TextExecute and I received a message all license are in use...   Is this correct or should I open a support ticket?  Is seems if I wanted to distributing testing I shouldn't be limited to have either TestExecute or TestComplete open and not both at the same time.

Typically, the licensing of TestComplete and TestExecute are separate on the license server.  I'm not sure how your license is set up.  This may be something that you should get attention from the SmartBear customer service folks directly.
