iOS problem with object spy or deploying app?

From scratch, I removed the beta version of my app from my iPad. I have read all of the help articles referencing deploying/running the application. I typically launch the app from the Mobile view. After doing so, and performing some testing, sometimes my object spy doesn't recognize anything but the outlay of the entire window. When this happens, I again select my app to run on the mobile screen and it's fixed.

Is this a problem with the object spy or how SmartBear is deploying the IPA? Is there something else I'm not aware of or considering?
