TestComplete is not recognizing "Chinese" and "Russian" text in Mobile application.

Question

Hello,&nbsp;Currently we are testing a Mobile (Android and ios) application, where we need to test the application in different languages as a part of that, we have encountered a problem while testing the application in "Chinese" and "Russian" language. TestComplete&nbsp;doesn't recognize these languages at all. Each character of these languages is displayed with "?" in object spy. Please refer the attachment for the clear understanding.&nbsp;Best Regards,Guru.
