Then take up your concerns with SmartBear directly... contact your sales associate/customer experience manager. That's what they are there for. I've had very good success going through those channels in the recent past as well as over the last 16 years. That allows the community forums to actually focus on and address items where users actually need help to implement.

I do not see any reason why this (kind of) subject can't be discussed in TestComplete's General section. That's what General is all about..
Also, contacting Sales have not made any noticeable result for me. My requests for follow up on feature requests have not been responded upon. Also, I do not know the Product Owner's name of TestComplete so I cannot contact him/her directly.
