Hi,
As the message states, TestComplete service is not running. Start Services applet (Run|Services.msc), search for the TestComplete Service and start it.
> G:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 12\x64\Bin
Note, that TestComplete can work with Edge only if TestComplete is started from the system protected folder, i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 12\x64\Bin. (This is described in the help topic about preparing Edge to work with TestComplete.)
So I think it is recommended to have the testcomplete installed in the system protected folder ?

So now I installed the TestComplete machine on the new machine in system protected folder but cannot activate the node locked license.
Here is the attached screenshot.
I am no longer having the old machine . Now how to fix the issue

Hm-m-m... Why not to read the documentation (you was pointed to) and follow it instead of creating difficulties for yourself and heroically solve them then..? :)

Did you deactivate the license before you moved the hard drive?
