if jp2launcher process freezes testcomplete stops running

Hi,

If we close launched java testapplications, it might happen that jp2launcher process sometimes hangs, if it happens, testcomplete stops running tests and also hanging/waiting process to be terminated, after certain time testcomplete reaches limit and crashs.

Is there a workaround if jp2launcher process is hanging and testcomplete stops running tests? anybody has similar issue like we have?
