can testcomplete record which index drop down you click, rather then the text

Hello

I have many drop-down lists in my app, in which the values change a lot

When I record a test, it records the text value and then on playback it tried to set that text. which works if it is there

But it is not always in my app, I know I can manually change the step in the test to wItem(1)

However I have maybe 500 dropdowns, so I wonder if test complete can be set to record in this way in options etc
