How many virtual users actually means "unlimited virtual users"?

Hello,

I would like to know how many virtual users can handle the "Unlimited virtual users" HTTP Load Testing module. I know that the term "unlimited" is fairly self-explanatory, but I am wondering if there is a upper boundary of the virtual users number. For example, is it possible for this module to simulate 100000000 users?

Regards,

Eugen

    Hi Eugen,

TestComplete's documentation states that one physical machine can simulate up to 300 VUs. If you need to simulate more VUs, you should install RAS application on another physical box and use this box during your test.

So, if you need to simulate 1 million of VUs, you'll need (1 million divided by 300) physical stations.
