Hi There,
I'm exporting Error Logs and HTML logs via PowerShell and all has been working well for a week or so.
Today I ran a test which runs ok (all items complete and green) however I get:
Format '%x.gif' invalid or incompatible with argument
in the ErrorLog file, and no HTML file generated.
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hi Everyone,
I am back, now armed with a full license of TC.
As it's been some time, I ran the updates and am on v14.50.976.7 now.
I put the switch back in my scripts and no longer get the error, so I will happily close this now!
I've managed to narrow this down slightly, I had the /ExportLogToXMLAlso in my external script that runs the test, without this flag it runs fine.
I don't understand what that flag is doing to cause this issue, I'm not aware I have anything other than default settings around logging in my projects!
Hi jaward916! Thank you for providing us with your investigation details!

Anything you could suggest?🙂
I agree with Marsha.
Thank you for advice, Community!
@jaward916 as far as I understand the situation - Support can give you more insight on how to solve this as this requires deeper investigation. I wasn't able to find your ticket, please do not hesitate to open it.
In case you solved this issue on your own - it would be great if you could share the solution with us. Thank you!
Thanks, and apologies for delay,
raising the case now!
@jaward916 thank you for raising a ticket🙂 I see that you were provided with a patch by our Support Team. Did you try applying it, did it work?
Hi there,
Apologies for the delay, I was due some vacation time!
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the patch as my trial of TestComplete expired last Monday,
hopefully (fingers crossed) in my absence a positive decision has been made and I'll get to play with TC going forwards and applying the patch will be my first task!
