Previous posts indicated this issue was resolved. However, there was an outstanding post from March 2020 with the same issue; it was posted after the issue was resolved. We now have users within our organization with the same issue. They are all connected to the internet, but their SoapUI gives them the 'Hi/not connected' error. And, they are unable to use any of their projects.
It isn't a proxy issue as this has been checked.
Hi @myrna_scamp , please let me know if you are using SoapUI OS or ReadyAPI.
Also, I found this workaround of uninstalling the software and checking if the fresh install solves the issue.

This solution did not work. Can someone please contact the user having the issue? Going back and forth with a forum wastes valuable time, especially when this is holding up someone's ability to complete their work.
