Please help about JAVA Errror While installing soapUI

Hi All,

While installing soapUI x32 4_5_0 beta1 version , I met with this exception below . Because this , I could not install soapUI and loadUI. I met with this error for two them.

My OS language is Turkish . But my regional settings is English. Also I tried Turkish regional settings. But I met with the same error. And also my processor is 64-bit .
