Loading properties from command line during test execution

Hi,

We have a requirement where we will be running SoapUI scripts from the command line. The SoapUI projects have properties at the project level, suite level and at the test case level (different property files).
I want to be able to load these properties from command line (using testrunner.bat) while about to run the tests.

Let me know if this functionality is available, and how it is achieved.
