"Your License has been lost, Reason: license lock expired" error in Ready API floating license

Hi Guys,

 

I am facing this issue when using a floating license. It was working fine earlier but suddenly this problem started in the last few days. I know that I have a valid license and that is not expired. But still, I am getting this issue whenever I am trying to connect and use the license.

The exact error message that I am getting is -
"your license has been lost, Reason: license lock expired"

    API_Guy , Richie is correct, it is better to address licensing questions to either Sales or Support
