The button Login DOES NOT WORK .
The login button is completely unresponsive. No window opens to login.
I am expecting a browser to open up and to login .. but nothing happens. No 3 dat files in folder : license-info.dat, client-info.dat, authorization.dat
Any suggestions / alternate paths to get authenticated?
I'm experiencing the same issue. any work around

I will stay on 3.61.0 until this issue is resolved. This is ridiculous.
I have same problem to Log In...
I am experiencing the same issue. My workaround was to connect to a floating on prem license I happen to also have and then switch back to Smartbear ID
