corrupt project file

Hello Community,

Recently one of my teammate encountered a problem where his machine got hardware failure and restart automatically but what happens is the project in soapui he was working got corrupted, is there any way to recover it?

Didn't get you ? What is tried and what happens?
There is a copy from version control; and local changes in your colleagues system which is not opening in ReadyAPI tool.
If text compare tool is used, it definitely shows the changes in both files.

Didn't did lot more RnD on what happen, why the project got corrupted because of tough timelines and lot of work to be done as RnD takes lot of time.

It's plain text compare, which possibly gets the lost work back which was done instead of redoing.
