Import project into soap UI

I'm trying to import a project from my c drive and getting an error Invalid project file

More details would help understand the issue better.
Such as :
Version of ReadyAPI??
Is there any software version change where the project is created and where project is imported.
Is it consistently reproducible?
Does it also happen on other computers or colleague machines?
Is it happening for specific project or for all of your projects?
