Hello James,
Thank you for your post. We did experience this issue yesterday and applied a patch yesterday to our production server which addressed this issue. Please have the user(s) log out of QAComplete, clear the browser cache, log back in to QAComplete and let me know whether the user(s) are still experiencing this issue, thank you.
