Is the Subscription under Settings Group dependent or it will assign a person irrespective of group?

Hi All,

 

Is the template subscription, File subscription under Settings are Group Dependent. If its not it could be a big mess for different group users while selecting the subscribed template.

    May be Access restriction can help on this. But, we allow users from different groups to participate in Reviews.
