By the way, Review fields will appear after first review creation from JIRA issue.

We are using Jira 6.4, build # 64014. I removed our existing "Review ID" field we created originally and re-installed the plugin. I do not see the review fields in the "Field Configuration" or "Custom Fields" admin pages, nor do I see them when creating a new issue. I imagine they would appear after I successfully connect to Collaborator and finish setting up the plugin? I am still stuck on testing the connections to Collaborator and Fisheye and saving my input on this screen.
