If the author does not comment a defect it can be hard to determine if it has been addressed. It would be benificial if the updating of the file in which the defect was made caused the defect to have a comment/indication to its creator that the file was updated and the defect might now be fixed. Something that could be seen without looking at a specific file from the review summary page.
