Install Azure DevOps Integration Tool for Office 2019, and as stated in the error message, ensure your account has authorisation to access Azure DevOps.

Further information can be gathered in Integration With Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server

Test Adapter is already used and it was working fine before this release of TC 15.79, now not able to connect nor able to add new server as well.
Can you check with latest version as in 15.78 it was working fine.
Also I had checked the version of Test Adapter and it as below so might be not compatible with latest version.

I had checked this by downgrading TestComplete to 15.78 version, and it is now working so it is Bug in latest version so marking this as solution for now.

Latest version of TestComplete connecting to Azure DevOps, using Azure DevOps Integration Tool for Office 2019

Screenshots showing connection to Azure DevOps

Azure DevOps TestComplete test adapter is different from Azure DevOps Integration Tool for Office 2019, and it’s an adapter that allows users to run TestComplete tests using Visual Studio Test tasks.

Thanks for reply, can you let me know is Visual Studio also needed to be installed on VM? Also, can you share me link or Screenshots from where I can check/get Azure DevOps Integration Tool for Office 2019.

We are using Git plugin under version control and in videos SmartBear shows for Team Foundation Version Control Plugin so what’s the difference in those.

Visual Studio is not required. However, if you want to access your TFS repository, then you can use Visual Studio Team Explorer 2019, which does not require a license.

Visual Studio Team Explorer 2019

You can download Azure DevOps Integration Tool for Office 2019 from Microsoft website.

I made the assumption that you were using TFS, as you did not mention Git in your original post. Refer to the documentation on setting up Git.

If you have link then let me know for git setting, also the problem is that it is still working when I downgrade TC version then why it is not working in latest version without any changes?

Go to the TestComplete Documentation website, and search for “Integration With Git”.

I had already setup using this link earlier and it is working fine in previous version.
I had raised ticket already and SmarBear has accepted it as an issue and waiting to fix from their side. Once I will get their response I will investigate further.

I had reverified this after update of TestComplete to 15.80 and it is working fine without making any changes in configuration from my side, so this is not the issue from my side.
