Yes, the tests which are added by mistake can be deleted. You can delete it individually from cycle summary page by navigating to test cycle which contains faulty tests.
Or, you can navigate to search test executions page, narrow down you search with project name & cycle name. Select the 'faulty' test executions from the list and perform a delete operation.
