Jira Software Automation for Jira - Partial Outage

Hi there,

My org hasn't had access to Zephyr items for > 24 hours. I see that there is a partial outage which likely resulted from the scheduled maintenance yesterday. The migration status is complete but we are still unable to access Cycle Summary, Executes Tests, etc. Can somebody advise?

Every Zephyr Squad item we try navigating to is blank.

That did the trick. It took awhile to find but I was able to open a support ticket also.

They recommended the following steps which I forwarded to my team's Jira administrator. I assume this would help prevent it from happening again for users.

    • perform a re-indexing
    • clear the Server and Permission cache

Its the same for us, we are unable to access any test cases for an urgent project we are working on.

Our Cycle data is corrupted  severely impacting our projects globally .  All of the cycle data is impacted. clearing the  browser cache on the desktop logging out and back in did not restore the cycle data completely.  So we are still down.

kgebura   The team was able to resolve the issue. It involved a refresh issue that occurred after the update.  Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you and kind regards.
