Zephyr broken after latest Jira update

Hi,

We recently updated to Jira 11.1.1 and Zephyr 11.3.0-jira10.  This broke our Zephyr plug in.  This is the error message we're getting:

We've let custom support know about the issue but the estimate we were given for a fix would be sometime in 2026.

What we would like to try now is to export our test cases from the Jira DB.  Does anybody know if this is possible or how feasible this would be?

    I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'm guessing 'custom support' in your message should read Jira support.  You might want to contact Smartbear support also

      We did reach out to Smartbear support about this issue.  The Zephyr plug in is not compatible with Jira 11.  The estimate they gave us to get the plug in issue resolved was sometime in 2026.

      We've lost access to all our test cases in the meantime.  What we're looking for is a way to by-pass the plug in and export our test cases until Smartbear can resolve the issue.

      We had other plug ins break with the upgrade to Jira 11.  Those other vendors provided updates and those are all working now.
