20 days agoI'm not sure what the issue is, but I'm guessing 'custom support' in your message should read Jira support. You might want to contact Smartbear support also

We did reach out to Smartbear support about this issue. The Zephyr plug in is not compatible with Jira 11. The estimate they gave us to get the plug in issue resolved was sometime in 2026.
We've lost access to all our test cases in the meantime. What we're looking for is a way to by-pass the plug in and export our test cases until Smartbear can resolve the issue.
We had other plug ins break with the upgrade to Jira 11. Those other vendors provided updates and those are all working now.
