Test Case contains "Call to test" but Test Player is showing blank steps

I think I've seen this reported before but can't remember what the conclusion was.

I have tested it on my system and it is working fine with two call to test steps - I didn't check 3 call to tests as shown in your image.

I would raise this with SmartBear Support for help.
