Something's gone wrong - reload page displays consistently

I have been using Zephyr Scale in the google browser and I seem to get the message below pretty consistently, if I go do other work and try to access Zephyr Scale later. Almost, if a session is expir...

Hi jhilts ,

 

It seems that Amazon AWS is going through a hiccup at the moment. We are following up with them but things should be back to normal in the next few minutes.

Just after I replied with the last comment, AWS has recovered on their side and Zephyr Scale was back up and running again.
