Setting permissions for only specific groups to be able to view a test case and execution

Is there any way to set the permissions so only certain users, groups, or roles are able to view the test case? 

I have Issue level security configured so only specific groups are able to view the issue in Jira, but in Zephyr Scale, all related test cases are exposed defeating the purpose of the issue-level security.
