Maximun test cases downloaded to Excel

Hi! I need to download the whole test plan designed, more than 200 test cases, but the resultant file never dowonloads. Does anybody know how many test cases can be downloaded at once? or what's th...

I've downloaded into the thousands, so I'm sure it's not the number of records that's causing this issue.  I assume when you say download, you are using the Test Case > More > Export feature.  That should work fine.  As should downloading a generated report.  If you continue to have this issue I would contact SmartBear Support

    I'll try again... but I suposse I'll end contacting the support team because if I cut them in parts, the donwloads are ok.
