Import Custom Fields in Zephyr Scale Cloud Team-Managed Version

Hi There, 

I'm working in a Zephyr Scale Cloud Team-Managed Project. We've created one custom, single-line text field on Test Case form and one custom checkbox on the Test Script. I need to be able to import values to these custom fields. Can't figure out how.  

(I've read a lot of "help" but they all seem to pertain to company-managed projects.)
