Alm zephyr migration thru Adapter

Could you please help me the process to migrate the ALM to Zephyr scale (Jira Plug in) ,I am looking to migrate Test Cases/Requirements/Defects from HP ALM. I read documents about ALM Zephyr migration adapter on Zephyr docs website. Could you please tell if it's used for any customer or share any relevant case study for the same? Thanks in advance.
