jira with Zephyr Connection

Hi guys,

I installed trial Zephyr version.

Zephyr Side, connection with jira is correct.

Jira side no, I followed the trial but I have this issue(in attachment).

Any Ideas?

    This issue is already addressed by our support team via our ticketing system.
