Zephyr API required

So we are migrating the zephyr data from x to y, and all the custom fields are migrating but the custom fields which were already set in the source site are not being set at the destination site, so how do we achieve this any apis for this or any other ways, please help.

    And, I want to raise a support ticket for the same, can anyone guide me how to do it?
