New Fields

How do I go about requesting new fields in Zephyr Enterprise? For example, in the main Jira, I use field such as "Roles" that have listed key contacts  such the tester, delivery lead, requirements lead, etc. 

Additional fields like Complexity & workstream. Aiming to enhance Zephyr Enterprise to make it a one stop shop, to minimize the back and fourth.
