TestComplete license is include the TestLeft , TestLeft UI spy & TestExecute?

If we have TestComplete base or pro license will this include the TestLeft library/namespace to use in Visual studio, TestLeft UI spy exe & TestExecute exe's?

    TestComplete licenses do not typically include access to TestLeft features, you can purchase TestLeft licenses separately to access its functionalities, including integration with Visual Studio, TestLeft UI Spy, and TestExecute
