Window's popup is not identified in particular machine

Hi,

 

When I'm executing the script in remote machineusing testcomplete, one window popup is not identified where as same script is working fine in local machine, could you please help me out.
Note:
i. It's an windows based application.
ii. And we are using same application versions in both the machine so that there may be no change in object names.
