why TC plays so slowly in VB application!

hi,

   When we start our application by TC7(TC8 is more slowly), it needed allmost over Twenty seconds to start. Other actions were also slowly,which were so abnormal. But if we uninstall a plug-In (open applications),TC7 played normal. why?
