Why is Object Spy on the TestComplete 11.11 stop functioning

Why is Object Spy on the TestComplete 11.11 stop functioning after I upgraded my Webbrowser Firefox to 45?

    TestComplete 11.11 doesn't support Firefox 45.  Get TestComplete 11.31 (or TestComplete 11.30 and a patch).  You can download your TestComplete versions from your Customer Account (https://my.smartbear.com).

     

    Contact your account owner for access.  Contact your sales rep or open a support case for help with access to your account.
