Where can we get the SVN plug-in for Test complete?

TestComplete works with source code control systems (SCC) via MSSCCI API (which is not supported by SVN). Thus you should look for some third-party layer that implements MSSCCI API for SVN.

AFAIR, PushOK was one of tools that made integration between SVN and MSSCCI API clients possible.
