What does the "error generating the type library" mean?

In executing TestComplete 9.0, I Sometimes get the error message "Error occurred generating the type library: Access is denied".  When i quickly see it and click the ok button, script execution continues.  If some time passes, I get another popup (did not record the message) and click OK and script execution continues.



What's going on here?

    I just got this on TestExecute 9.31  double-clicking a .pjs in explorer then immediately clicking the Run option in the context menu of the system tray icon.



    Maybe the Run option is enabled before everything is properly running?

    We also get this error every time we lauch our test on a Win 7 machine running TE.

    The project suite is local (not network), we are administrator on the machine.

    We use TC 9.31. and TE 9.31.

    I unchecked the option in TE engine section as suggested earlier, but nothing has changed.

    Just a quick idea: are you starting TestComplete/TestExecute 'As Administrator' or not?

    If the latter, does it help if you start it As Administrator?

    (Just in case: to start an application 'As Administrator' right-click it and select the 'Run As Administrator' context menu command.)
